November 2024 – Building On Bedrock
Where do your feet stand? Are they on shifting sands or are they on bedrock? When we have a strong foundation and connection to the essence of who we are including our values, our priorities, and what it is we stand for we can better withstand the whirling of the world around us. This isn’t to say be cold in your heart or closed to the possibility of different ideas and ways of being, but it is to say that at your core you are unshakeable. As life constantly changes around us we can better go with the ebbs and flows when we have a strong foundation. This foundation brings clarity of mind and clarity of spirit.
