April 2025 – The Calm and The Chaos
So many of us, including myself, are reaching and consciously moving towards Calm. The Calm is a beautiful place to find stillness, clarity, reflect, and revise. But, let us not forget it is in the Chaos that destruction, creation, and transformation happen as well. Without the chaos we can dig ourselves into ruts so deep we can’t see over the edges until the only way out is to dismantle the walls altogether. What areas in your life need restructuring and what areas could use the alchemy of Chaos to fully transform. It is like Yin and Yang, you cannot have one without the other. We are both the calm and the chaos.
