There are so many paths and so many possibilities in our lives. This is amplified when we find ourselves in a calm, neutral energetic space to receive. Last month we talked about releasing everything that does not serve in order to come back to our center and remember who we are at our core. Many times when we set our sights on a goal or something we would like to move towards in our lives our emotions can highjack our hearts and our minds filling us with worry, anxiety, or even fear about what’s to come. The practice of calming the emotions and being able to find neutral is what puts us in a place where we are open to receive.
