Join Jessica Hoch, Dr. Patty Hlava, and a community of like-minded people on November 21st for an opportunity to dive deep into the experience of gratitude through movement, meditation, guided reflection, and engaged discussion.

Gratitude influences every aspect of our lives—physically, mentally, relationally, and emotionally. Gratitude is a transformative process that affects us psychologically by increasing the experiences of positive emotions such as joy, hope, love, curiosity, excitement—and helping us navigate the more challenging emotions of anxiety, depression, even grief. 

Given the emotional, physical, and existential landscape we’ve all walked through this year, who couldn’t use a little boost of gratitude?

We’re not talking about putting on a pair of rose-colored glasses here and pretending that things haven’t been challenging this past year. That wouldn’t be helpful. What we are offering is an opportunity to strengthen your internal resources through the practice of gratitude. 

Gratitude is about so much more than trying to paint a bright picture to cover up our pain and challenges. Gratitude is about transformation, resiliency, and connection. Gratitude helps us heal.  

In this 2-hour workshop you’ll have the opportunity to dive deep into the nature of gratitude and be guided in experiences to help awaken this powerful emotion within you. You’ll walk away with insights and practices to help you continue to cultivate more gratitude in your life.
